Ashley Berglund

Ashley Berglund is an Acquisitions Associate at Granite Capital Group, where she focuses on underwriting, due diligence, and deal execution for multifamily and retail investments. Since joining the firm in 2021, she has applied her deep knowledge of commercial real estate finance to support strategic acquisitions and portfolio growth. 

With a strong background in asset valuation, financial modeling, and market analysis, Ashley plays a key role in identifying and closing high-performing investment opportunities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. 

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys all that beautiful California has to offer, especially playing tennis and golf.
