Maizie Martin is an Investments Analyst Intern at Granite Capital Group, supporting the acquisitions and asset management teams in underwriting and strategic decision-making. She plays a key role in evaluating new investment opportunities, building financial models, and delivering insights that drive financial performance across the firm’s multifamily portfolio.

Ms. Martin works closely with senior leadership to analyze market trends, support transaction execution, and contribute to data-driven strategies that enhance returns and portfolio value. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Economics from University of California, Los Angeles.
