Maizie Martin

Maizie Martin is a Senior Acquisitions Analyst at Granite Capital Group, where she supports the full acquisition and disposition lifecycle across the firm's multifamily and net-lease (NNN) portfolios. She builds and maintains underwriting models, due diligence workflows, and market and comparable analyses that drive the firm's investment decisions, working directly with senior leadership on transaction execution and portfolio strategy.

Ms. Martin also supports Granite Capital Group's tax-advantaged investment strategies, including 1031 exchange execution and bonus depreciation acquisitions, helping clients identify and structure replacement property strategies that align with their objectives and timelines.

She earned her Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. Ms. Martin is based in Los Angeles, California. Outside of work, she enjoys weightlifting, exploring the outdoors, and experimenting in the kitchen.
