Anne Lingwall Harnett

Anne joined Granite Capital Group as Executive Assistant and HR & Operations Manager, bringing more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate, capital investment, and operational leadership. Her professional background spans hiring and recruiting, non-profit development, and franchise operations, where she has consistently contributed to team growth and organizational efficiency. 

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Wittenberg University and pursued graduate studies in Public Administration at the University of Colorado, equipping her with a strong foundation in organizational systems and people-focused leadership. 

Anne lives in Colorado with her husband and two daughters. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, attending live music and theater, volunteering with local nonprofits, and exploring the Rocky Mountains.
