Shannon Pfefferbaum

Shannon Pfefferbaum is Chief of Staff and Investor Relations at Granite Capital Group, where she leads efforts across investor relations, operations, and marketing. In this role, she drives strategic initiatives, supports business development, and serves as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners. Her cross-functional leadership ensures alignment across departments and strengthens the firm’s relationships with investors and stakeholders alike.

Mrs. Pfefferbaum brings a strong foundation in investor communications and a growing entrepreneurial perspective to Granite Capital Group. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in investor relations at a hedge fund, where she gained experience in capital raising, client communications, and strategic relationship management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco.

A lifelong equestrian and accomplished show jumper, her passion for the sport has evolved into a personal investment venture, sourcing and developing horses. Based in Marin County, she enjoys staying active and spending time with her husband and two sons.
